On behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man has just signed and issued Resolution No. 1341/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated December 30, 2024 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on transferring the activities of the National Assembly Delegation for comrade Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.

Accordingly, based on the Law on Organization of the National Assembly; Working Regulations of the National Assembly Standing Committee; Decision of the Secretariat on the transfer and appointment of officials; considering the Submission of the Head of the Delegation Work Committee, on December 24, 2024, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued a Resolution: Mr. Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, transferred his activities from the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation to the Quang Ninh Provincial National Assembly Delegation.

The Resolution clearly states that the Delegation Working Committee, the National Assembly Delegation and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City; the National Assembly Delegation and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh Province and Mr. Pham Duc An are responsible for implementing this Resolution.

This Resolution comes into force from the date of signing and promulgation, i.e. December 30, 2024.
