On the evening of December 27, in Ha Long City, the Quang Ninh Province Literature and Arts Association organized a program to announce and introduce works with the theme "Singing about the new countryside".

The program introduces 12 songs with themes praising the beauty of the countryside of Quang Ninh in particular, Vietnam in general, the impressive achievements that create important momentum for Quang Ninh to continue to reap more achievements on the journey of building advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas, associated with civilized and modern urban areas, improving the quality of people's lives.

This is an activity to implement Resolution No. 06-NQ/TU dated May 17, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee on sustainable socio-economic development associated with ensuring national defense and security in communes, villages, and hamlets in ethnic minority, mountainous, border, and island areas for the period 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030; Resolution No. 17-NQ/TU dated October 30, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee on "Building and promoting cultural values ​​and human strength of Quang Ninh to become an endogenous resource and driving force for rapid and sustainable development".

At the same time, continue to promote the strength of the entire political system in propagating, raising awareness and mobilizing all classes of people; agencies, units and enterprises to proactively and actively participate in successfully implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines on new rural construction.
