Final round of "Introducing models and explaining administrative reform ideas"

NDO - Promote the dynamism and creativity of cadres, civil servants and public employees in proposing new, useful and practical administrative reform models, solutions and initiatives; contributing to improving the efficiency and quality of consulting and service at agencies, units and localities.


The 2024 "Introducing models and explaining administrative reform ideas" contest was organized by the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union in coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs to promote administrative reform propaganda and raise awareness among cadres, civil servants and public employees about the content, meaning and importance of administrative reform.

Promote the dynamism and creativity of cadres, civil servants and public employees in proposing new, useful and practical administrative reform models, solutions and initiatives; contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of consulting and service at agencies, units and localities.

Through the contest, we aim to recognize and commend the efforts of trade unions at all levels and cadres, civil servants and public employees in administrative reform, and at the same time, create a vibrant emulation movement among cadres, civil servants and public employees, bringing the Resolution of the Trade Union Congress at all levels into life.

Final round of

Comrade Ngo Duy Hieu delivered the opening speech.

Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, President of the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union Ngo Duy Hieu said that the contest is a highlight in the administrative reform innovation process according to the requirements and orientations of the Party and State before the country enters a new stage, the era of national development.

The contest contributes to continuing to raise awareness among union members and workers in the Vietnam Civil Servants' Trade Union about responsibilities and specific solutions for administrative reform.

Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Trieu Van Cuong emphasized: The Party has identified administrative reform as one of the breakthroughs and strategies for national development, making an important contribution to the construction and completion of the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam.

Officials, civil servants and public employees must be fully equipped with knowledge and deep, comprehensive awareness of this major policy, thereby creating consensus and unity in action to effectively carry out assigned administrative reform tasks, creating a driving force to promote national development.

The Deputy Minister of Home Affairs emphasized: Propaganda work on administrative reform needs to be promoted. The contest is an important content in the coordination of work between the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in 2024, launched in the whole bloc, trade unions of ministries, departments, central agencies and unions of civil servants in provinces and centrally run cities.

Final round of

Administrative Reform Model Competition.

The content of the Contest includes: Introducing effective administrative reform models that have been implemented in agencies and units. Presenting administrative reform ideas; Proposing administrative reform models, initiatives and solutions (according to 6 contents in the Overall Program of State Administrative Reform for the period 2021-2030 stipulated in Resolution No. 76/NQ-CP dated July 15, 2021 of the Government) to create satisfaction of people and businesses, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the state administrative apparatus; operational efficiency of agencies and units, contributing to improving the effectiveness of administrative reform.

On the morning of November 1, in Hanoi, the final round of the contest "Introducing models and explaining administrative reform ideas" took place with the participation of 14 teams and 98 contestants from 10 Trade Unions of central ministries, departments and branches.

Including the following unions: Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; Ministry of Home Affairs; Ministry of Finance; Ministry of Planning and Investment; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Ministry of Science and Technology; Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Government Office; Central Office of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

4 provincial and municipal civil servant unions: Dak Nong provincial civil servants; Lao Cai provincial civil servants; Hai Phong city civil servants; Can Tho city civil servants.
