Carefully prepare conditions for organizing the 21st Provincial Party Congress

At the Conference, the Congress Organizing Subcommittee reported on the progress of preparations for the Congress. Accordingly, up to now, the progress and results of the implementation of tasks and contents on propaganda, decoration, and celebration; scripts for the art program welcoming the Congress; videos and documentaries; selection and preparation for the installation of signs for key works and projects; preparation to ensure the conditions of facilities, logistics, reception; plans to ensure security and order... to serve the 21st Provincial Party Congress have been basically completed according to the set plan.

The delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the installation of welcome signs for the Congress for 21 typical works of the term; decoration and celebration plans in the Provincial Cultural and Artistic Center - where the Congress will be held; exhibition space and decoration system on the roads and headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee, ensuring uniformity and solemnity.

Speaking at the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Trinh Viet Hung emphasized that the 21st Provincial Party Congress is a particularly important political event, so preparations must be comprehensive, thoughtful, ensuring solemnity, safety, economy and efficiency.

He acknowledged the active participation of the Subcommittee, many important steps have been urgently and methodically implemented; at the same time, he requested to continue to carefully review each content, from facilities, logistics, security to propaganda and reception, to ensure the Congress takes place successfully.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested the Organizing Subcommittee to promote the spirit of solidarity and close coordination between agencies and units; regularly inspect, urge, promptly remove difficulties and overcome limitations. Each member needs to uphold responsibility, work scientifically , discipline, and link results with assigned tasks. In the immediate future, it is necessary to focus on implementing visual propaganda work on roads and neighborhoods, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among cadres, party members and people towards the 21st Provincial Party Congress.
