In the joyful atmosphere of celebrating the Party and the New Year of the Year of the Dragon 2024, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and the delegation respectfully offered flowers, offerings, and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, before attending the launching ceremony of the Tree Planting Festival "Forever grateful to Uncle Ho" in the Year of the Dragon and the launching ceremony of the Youth Month 2024 with the theme "Youth volunteers for community life" with many practical and meaningful activities organized by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in coordination with Nghe An province at the Truong Bon National Historical Relic Site, Do Luong district, Nghe An province.


During his lifetime, Uncle Ho always cared about the youth union members. He used the image of Spring - the most beautiful season of the year to talk about youth: A year begins in Spring. A life begins in youth. Youth is the Spring of society. He also affirmed: Youth is the future master of the country. The prosperity or decline, weakness or strength of the country depends largely on the youth.

Implementing His sacred testament, through each historical period of the revolution, our Party and State have always paid attention to and cared for the youth and youth work. In response to that concern, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has constantly innovated and implemented revolutionary action programs for the youth that are enthusiastic, practical and effective, making worthy contributions to the cause of national liberation, national reunification, construction and protection of the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

In this sacred moment of gratitude, respect, happiness and immense pride in Uncle Ho, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and the delegation vowed to forever study and follow his noble ideology, morality and style.
On this occasion, the National Assembly Chairman planted a souvenir tree and presented gifts to the Management Board of Kim Lien Special National Relic Site.

Next, at Truong Bon National Historical Site, Do Luong District, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue and members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of ministries, branches, central agencies and localities, and Nghe An province respectfully offered flowers and incense at the mass grave of 13 heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives on October 31, 1968 and at the Memorial House of 1,240 heroic martyrs who fell at Truong Bon fire coordinates during the years of resistance war against the US to save the country.
The National Assembly Chairman and the delegation expressed their infinite gratitude and deep appreciation for the sacrifices of the heroic martyrs - the children of the homeland and country who contributed their red blood and devoted their youth to the feats of arms of the army and people of Nghe An, to the victory of the nation, bringing unity and peace to the country.
