At the exam site of A Tuc High School, Huong Hoa district, there are 119 candidates registered to take the Math exam, taking the exam in 5 exam rooms.

This afternoon, heavy rain occurred in A Tuc commune, lasting from before the candidates entered the exam until the entire exam session. When inspecting the exam supervision work at the A Tuc High School exam site, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the 2024 High School Graduation Exam, Vo Van Minh, asked the Head of the A Tuc High School exam site to quickly develop a plan to prevent natural disasters, storms and unusual situations that may occur.

Note, the invigilators need to go to the rooms to inform the candidates about the weather situation so that they know how to avoid it after the exam; build a gathering point for students and parents living far away to have a safe place to take shelter from the rain; provide phone numbers so that candidates can contact teachers and authorities in case of emergency when natural disasters occur...

It is recommended that the test site leaders build close relationships with local authorities and functional forces to support candidates in remote areas and those at risk of being isolated due to flooding on the way to the test site; at the same time, proactively report to the Steering Committee on the actual situation for timely and appropriate direction and support.

The inspection team requested that officials continue to care, support and create all conditions for candidates to complete the exam well; pay special attention to candidates facing difficult circumstances; continue to review and ensure strict security and safety at the exam site, promptly prevent and stop cheating from occurring.
