Based on the guidance of the Department of Internal Affairs, review and compile the list of beneficiaries and documents related to the regime and allowances, including the hazardous allowance for equipment - library and equipment - laboratory staff, and submit it to the District People's Committee through the Department of Internal Affairs before March 15 for appraisal and approval according to regulations.
