On the afternoon of August 12, the Customs Branch of Region X organized the Customs - Business Dialogue Conference in 2025 with the participation of more than 200 enterprises with regular import-export activities carrying out procedures at the branch.

Implementing the policy of streamlining the organizational structure, from July 1, 2025, the Customs Branch of Region X will perform the function of state management of customs in the area of 2 provinces: Thanh Hoa and Son La . Immediately after completing the organizational structure, the Branch quickly implemented the assigned functions and tasks, operated smoothly, ensuring continuity in state management of customs, not interrupting the production, business, import and export activities of organizations and individuals.

In the first 8 months of 2025, the Customs Branch of Region X processed 114,817 import-export declarations. Of which, the rate of yellow and red declarations was lower than the industry average. The total value of import-export goods reached 9.7 billion USD. The state budget revenue was 11.88 trillion VND, reaching 66% of the assigned target.
