Preliminary results show Vice President Kamala Harris winning Democratic stronghold Vermont, with a chance of winning New Hampshire and Virginia. Vermont has three electoral votes.

The Fayette County judge's ruling also requires the sheriff's office to provide similar escorts to any other local polling place that is “acting outside the authority provided” in the state's election code.

Mr. Trump will "not forgive" any errors in the vote counting process.
