Rectify and restore construction order in Tan Hoi commune

As soon as Tan Hoi commune ( An Giang province) was newly established, in order to strengthen management and rectify construction order in the area, Tan Hoi commune People's Committee established a working group to inspect cases of violations of construction order and illegal land use in the entire commune.

Through inspection from July 2 to 20, the delegation recorded 22 violations, including: 20 cases of building houses along the river and 2 cases of construction on public land. Through propaganda and mobilization, there was 1 case of voluntary demolition of illegal construction.

This time, Tan Hoi Commune People's Committee coordinated with Tan Hiep Inter-commune Branch under An Giang Provincial Land Registration Office to measure and locate coordinates for violations, as a basis for handling administrative violations according to regulations.

At the same time, the commune will strengthen propaganda and mobilize people to voluntarily dismantle illegal construction works; in case of non-compliance, they will be administratively sanctioned and forced to dismantle and restore the original state.
