By December 31, 2024, the total state budget revenue was over VND 27,500 billion, an increase of 41.3% of the estimate, an increase of 13.5% over the same period in 2023. The total local budget revenue was VND 26,253.7 billion, an increase of 49.2% of the assigned estimate, an increase of 17.2% over the same period in 2023. The local budget revenue was VND 12,418 billion, an increase of 25.7% of the annual estimate, of which the total domestic revenue was over VND 11,400 billion, an increase of 32.9% of the estimate, an increase of 16.5% over the same period in 2023. This is the second year that domestic revenue reached over VND 11,000 billion. Land use fee collection reached over VND 5,500 billion, an increase of 48.4% of the assigned estimate with an absolute increase of over VND 1,800 billion, an increase of 27.5% over the same period in 2023, the year with the highest revenue ever. Budget expenditure tasks in 2024 ensure thorough savings in regular expenditures and implement budget expenditure savings to carry out the socio-economic development tasks of the province.

He affirmed that 2025 is the decisive year to complete the implementation of the socio-economic development, financial and state budget targets of the term, the last year of the 2023-2025 budget stabilization period, the year of holding party congresses at all levels. To ensure that expenditure tasks are met, to serve the local political and socio-economic development, he requested that units in the financial sector coordinate closely with each other and with localities, promote the experience and results achieved, continue to make efforts and resolutely implement budget collection solutions right from the first days and months of the year, striving to achieve the highest annual revenue compared to the assigned estimate.

He also requested that the Department of Finance and the Department of Planning and Investment, in addition to performing well their assigned professional tasks, continue to reorganize and streamline their apparatus according to the direction of the Central Government and the province, while still ensuring that all professional work is smooth, effective, and without interruption or stagnation.

Entering the new year, on behalf of the provincial leaders, the Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wished all leaders, cadres and employees of the units good health and continued efforts to successfully implement the plan for 2025 and the following years, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the province.
