In the morning, Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented the topic on the objectives, tasks, solutions and some key issues to implement the Binh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. This content was presented by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee with 3 parts, namely: Position of the Provincial Planning in the Planning system; Main content of the Provincial Planning; Some key solutions to implement the Provincial Planning. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The Provincial Planning is an important legal basis for localities to rearrange development space, formulate policies, allocate and effectively use resources to successfully implement the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security.
