Ministry of Science and Technology adds 38 inspections in 2025

Accordingly, the plan adjusts and adds 38 inspections in many key areas. Specifically, there will be 9 inspections of compliance with legal regulations on science and technology for science and technology tasks using the state budget; 13 inspections of compliance with legal regulations on instructions for protecting industrial property rights; standards, technical regulations, measurement, product quality, goods, and product labels; ensuring radiation safety and security of radioactive sources; 3 inspections of compliance with legal regulations on technology transfer activities; 5 inspections of compliance with legal regulations on appraisal of machinery, equipment, and technological lines; 2 inspections of compliance with legal regulations in the import of used machinery, equipment, and technological lines; 4 inspections of compliance with legal regulations on radio frequencies and 2 inspections of compliance with legal regulations in the issuance of Science and Technology Enterprise Certificates.

In addition, the Ministry also changed the inspection agency and inspection time for 4 inspections; stopped implementing 4 inspections on compliance with legal regulations on standards, technical regulations and product and goods quality in conformity assessment activities.

The adjustment of the 2025 inspection plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology demonstrates the spirit of proactiveness and flexibility in state management, in line with the requirements of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of law enforcement in the field of science and technology.
