On the training ground of the Armored Battalion, the training atmosphere took place urgently, seriously and with high intensity. Complex and diverse hypothetical situations were posed, requiring soldiers to have courage and flexibly apply knowledge and skills to handle them effectively.

In the situation where the unit detected the enemy target, upon receiving orders from superiors, the crew chief quickly gave the order: "Gunners turn the gun to the right, 14.5mm bullets, 250m anti-tank gun ready". Upon receiving the order, the gunner quickly performed the technique of aiming the gun at the target and reported to the commander. After the commander gave the order to fire, the commander continued to state the situation that the target had not been destroyed, the bullet had deviated to the left. Immediately, the commander ordered the gunner to quickly adjust the gun to continue to destroy the target, completing the assigned mission.

Officers and soldiers of the Armored Battalion actively practice combat readiness plans to protect the target.

Stepping out of the vehicle cabin, soldier Pham Manh Tuan, Platoon 2, Armored Company 1, his back was drenched in sweat. He shared: “Entering training, the crew is always highly focused, devoting all their minds to the task, because all operations must be quick and accurate to complete the assigned task well.”

According to Major Dinh Van Cong, Battalion Commander of the Armored Battalion, before entering the training, the unit had done a good job of preparing human resources and facilities, and building rigorous and scientific training plans. "During the training process, we not only focused on improving technical and tactical skills, and mastering weapons, but also focused on improving combat coordination capabilities, ensuring that when a situation arises, the whole unit will coordinate smoothly and unify in carrying out the task," Major Dinh Van Cong emphasized.

“In 2025, many important political events will take place in the country in general and the capital in particular. Therefore, the officers and soldiers of the Armored Battalion also clearly define their tasks, ensuring that 100% of the troops and vehicles are ready to depart for missions when ordered, and not to be passive or surprised in any situation,” Major Dinh Van Cong affirmed to us.
