The transporter was identified as Lang Van Hieu, residing in Hoang Dong commune, Lang Son city, Lang Son province.

On May 1, continuing to strengthen the inspection, the working group discovered on the tractor trailer of Vo Hien Si, born in 1976, residing in Phuoc Loc commune, Tuy Phu district, Binh Dinh province, 1 more carton box, identified as firecrackers. Upon inspection, inside the box were 8 square boxes, 49-hole firecrackers/set, with a total weight of 16kg.
The Border Guard Station of Huu Nghi International Border Gate coordinated with the People's Procuracy of Cao Loc district to take statements and complete the file to hand over the subjects to the authorities for further handling according to the law.
