During one day, candidates will take 3 tests: Lecture preparation test (including lecture outline and presentation preparation); knowledge test in multiple choice format; and lecture practice test.

The organizing committee awarded certificates to excellent candidates.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the candidates closely followed the basic contents in the plan and instructions determined for each subject. Most of the outlines were carefully prepared, selecting topics suitable for the learners; actively researching, collecting documents, reference materials, necessary data, related information, citing evidence closely, logically, and closely following reality. Regarding teaching practice, many candidates performed well in generalization skills, communication, and good interaction with learners; combining lectures with slideshows, creating positive effects, vividly conveying content to learners...

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes to the contestants and issued certificates to the excellent contestants.

The 2023 Political Teaching Cadre Competition of the 12th Corps is organized to evaluate the quality of the political teaching cadre team and political teaching work in agencies and units in the Corps, thereby creating positive changes in awareness, responsibility, leadership capacity, direction, organization, and management of political education of Party committees, commanders, and political agencies at all levels; fostering the qualifications, knowledge, pedagogical capacity, and experience of the political teaching cadre team, contributing to improving the quality of political education work at the unit in the new revolutionary period. At the same time, the competition is also a step to select cadres with outstanding achievements to participate in the 2023 Military-level Political Teaching Cadre Competition.
