Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien, leaders of relevant departments and branches, and outstanding collectives and individuals in the emulation movement for the period 2020 - 2025 of the Provincial Branch of the Bank for Social Policies (CSXH) attended the conference.

At the conference, Director of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch Tran Duy Cuong said that in the period of 2020 - 2025, officers and employees of the Provincial Bank for Social Policies Branch actively participated in the emulation movements "The whole country joins hands to build new rural areas", "The whole country joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind", "Strive to complete the goals of the action program to implement the Development Strategy of the Bank for Social Policies to 2030".

Thanks to that, from 2020 to March 31, 2025, the branch has lent nearly 183,000 poor households and other policy beneficiaries, with a total amount of more than 7,655 billion VND, focusing mainly on lending programs for poor households, near-poor households, job creation, and production and business households in difficult areas... At the same time, social security programs and loans for people who have completed their prison sentences have also been widely implemented. The branch's outstanding debt as of March 31, 2025 reached more than 5,878 billion VND, with more than 105,000 households with outstanding debt, an increase of nearly 2,479 billion VND. The growth in outstanding debt reached 72.9% compared to the end of 2019.
