The event, chaired by the Department of Grassroots Culture, Libraries and Families (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), in coordination with the People's Committees of Tuyen Quang, Bac Ninh provinces and Hai Phong city, is an important highlight towards the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

At the performance venues, the audience was immersed in a colorful artistic space. With their talent and spirit of serving the people, the artists, actors, and propagandists told heroic historical stories and love for their homeland, from the majestic mountains and forests of the Northwest, through the sunny and windy Central region, to the deep green plains and remote islands that are changing every day through music , dance, lyrics, and vivid, artistic stage images.
