The training course was attended by 82 trainees who are current leaders and managers and candidates under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. Over the course of more than 4 months, the trainees were introduced to 27 topics and 6 reporting topics of 2 knowledge groups: general knowledge and basic skills on state management and developing corresponding skills in performing assigned tasks and powers of civil servants at the senior specialist level and equivalent. In addition, the trainees also took 2 multiple-choice tests, wrote a project and were organized to conduct field research.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council spoke at the closing ceremony.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that Thai Binh always pays special attention to the training and fostering of cadres and considers this a regular task of great significance. The training course for civil servants at the senior specialist level and equivalent is an opportunity for cadres, leaders and managers at all levels, sectors and the source of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to improve their knowledge and awareness to serve the working process, serve the criteria for planning and personnel work of the Party in the next term.

He suggested that the trainees apply the knowledge they have learned to their work of direction, management and operation at agencies, units and localities, further improving the quality of performing tasks and public services at each position, contributing to accelerating the administrative reform process in all fields, improving the effectiveness of state management of the province and successfully implementing the goals and tasks set out in the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term.

At the end of the course, 100% of students were awarded certificates of completion of the training program for senior specialist civil servants and equivalent; 13 students with high academic achievements were awarded.
