According to initial information, the accident occurred at around 4:30 p.m. on December 22. At this time, the car with license plate 22A-186.xx, driven by a female driver, was traveling on the road in Group 10, Nong Tien Ward, Tuyen Quang City, Tuyen Quang Province when it suddenly encountered a motorbike driven by a man crossing the road in the opposite direction. The car driver turned the wheel and stepped on the gas, causing the car to crash straight into house number 26, Group 10, Nong Tien Ward.

At that time, a 17-month-old girl was playing with her mother in the house when she was hit by a car. The victim was injured and later died due to severe injuries.
