Initial information said that at around 6:00 a.m. on August 8, 2025, the Crime Prevention Police Team of Krong No Commune Police, while patrolling and controlling to ensure security and order in the area, discovered two subjects, including HQH (born in 2002, residing in Plôm Hamlet, Krong No Commune) and PVTT (born in 2008, residing in Ba Yang Hamlet, Krong No Commune), who were organizing illegal drug use at HQH's house.
At the time of inspection, subjects H. and T. both confessed that they had just used crystal meth with H.Đ.P. (born in 1994, residing in Ba Yang hamlet, Krong No commune).

Krong No Commune Police have drawn up a record against HQH and PVTT for organizing illegal use of drugs, and temporarily seized related exhibits and vehicles to continue investigating and clarifying the case according to the provisions of law.
