At the seminar, delegates reviewed the tradition and development process of revolutionary journalism; affirmed that journalists always uphold revolutionary ethics and have strong political will.

Mr. Dong Van Thanh, Secretary of Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee, affirmed that the press is not only an information channel but also closely linked to the development process of the province. The press always accompanies the implementation of resolutions into life, contributing viewpoints and suggestions for the management work of the provincial leaders.

Up to now, Hau Giang's provincial competitiveness index and economic growth are among the highest in the country and the press is a strong arm contributing to these achievements.

According to the Secretary of the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee, market pressure, information competition and increasingly diverse public needs pose many challenges in the operations of press agencies, requiring journalists to be brave and have a firm mindset to do well in the task of propagating the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws when entering the new era.

According to Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung, Director of the Regional Political Academy II, we do not reject AI and Big Data because they are achievements of humanity, but we must use their "soul" to serve the country and the people, which is the Party spirit in journalism.

The era of technology and integration requires the press to constantly innovate to adapt but must maintain its revolutionary spirit and ideals and not forget its mission. That is to build, consolidate and elevate a future generation of journalists with “sharp pens - pure hearts - bright minds”, imbued with the spirit of serving the country and serving the people.
