The detailed outline has identified the basic contents of the layout, structure, content of the topics, defining the theme, the congress motto; guiding viewpoints; general objectives; breakthroughs, and key tasks of the Political Report of the 13th Provincial Party Congress. The detailed outline is an important basis for building the Draft Documents of the 13th Provincial Party Congress.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Luu Van Trung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, requested the members of the Synthesis Team to uphold their spirit and responsibility, synthesize and study the discussion opinions to complete the detailed outline of the Political Report of the 13th Provincial Party Congress to submit to the Document Subcommittee, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee for comments.

The content of the outline must ensure generality, provide major development orientations, demonstrate the will and political determination to build and develop Dak Nong to soon achieve the goal of "Strong province, rich people - beautiful nature - affectionate society".
