The Party Executive Committee of Nghia Hanh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term consists of 24 comrades.

Attending and directing the congress were comrades: Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Phan Sy Cuong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors, along with 186 official delegates representing 697 party members in the entire party committee.

Strive for average income per capita to reach 90 million VND by 2030

Nghia Hanh commune, after being established on the basis of merging 3 communes: Phu Son, Nghia Hanh and Tan Huong (old Tan Ky district), has a natural area of 112 ^km2 , a population of 22,312 people, with 39 party organizations and 697 party members.

The political report at the congress stated: During the past term, the socio-economy has developed comprehensively: The average growth rate of production value reached 7.2%/year; the economic structure has shifted positively towards agriculture - industry - services. The average income per capita in 2025 reached 51.2 million VND, exceeding the resolution target. The annual budget revenue has exceeded the target, reaching 246% of the plan. Rural infrastructure has been strongly invested, people have donated more than 26,000m² of land and contributed tens of billions of VND to build concrete roads, cultural houses, and welfare works.

The work of building the Party and the political system has achieved many results: Directives and resolutions have been promptly implemented; mass mobilization work has had clear changes, the movement of "Skilled Mass Mobilization" has been widely replicated. In particular, the Party's leadership method continues to be innovated in a scientific , democratic, grassroots direction, strengthening close ties with the people.

Culture and society have made much progress, the poverty rate has decreased to 3.98%; education, health care, and social security have been given attention; cultural and sports movements have developed extensively; commercial and service infrastructure has been gradually improved. National defense and security have been maintained, ensuring political stability and social order and safety.

However, the Political Report also frankly pointed out the limitations that need to be resolved in the new term.

With the motto of action "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the Party Congress of Nghia Hanh commune for the 2025 - 2030 term affirmed its high political determination: building a clean and strong Party organization and political system; promoting democracy, maintaining discipline, maximizing all resources; arousing the spirit of innovation, creativity and aspiration to rise up.

The Congress set specific targets: By 2030, the average annual economic growth rate will reach 10-11%; average income per capita will reach 85-90 million VND; the economic structure will shift towards industry and services accounting for about 60-65%. Strive for communes to meet new rural standards; the rate of schools meeting national standards will be 100%; the rate of population participating in health insurance will reach 95%; the poverty rate will decrease by an average of 0.3-0.5%/year...

To achieve the above goals, the Congress identified five key tasks: Building a clean and strong Party. Vigorously exploiting resources, promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, and developing a green economy. Completing planning and synchronous infrastructure, especially transportation, electricity, and information technology. Developing culture, education, and health care, improving people's lives, linking economic development with environmental protection and climate change adaptation. Ensuring national defense and security, and expanding foreign affairs activities.

The three breakthroughs identified are: Administrative reform associated with digital transformation; developing key infrastructure; and building a team of cadres with qualities, capacity, prestige, daring to think, daring to do, daring to take responsibility.

Care to improve people's lives

Speaking at the congress, comrade Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training emphasized and praised the spirit of solidarity, unity, determination to innovate, and promote the strength of the entire people and the entire political system to bring Nghia Hanh commune to develop quickly and sustainably, worthy of the revolutionary tradition.

At the same time, he frankly pointed out the limitations that need to be overcome such as some socio-economic targets that have not been achieved, lack of synchronous planning, and many difficulties in traffic infrastructure and cultural and social life.

Comrade Thai Van Thanh proposed that the Party Committee of Nghia Hanh commune focus on effectively implementing 5 key tasks: Promoting the emulation movement for sustainable economic development associated with new rural construction; taking care of cultural and social development, improving the quality of education, health care, and spiritual life for the people; maintaining political security, social order and safety, building a solid defense zone; promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, building a clean and strong political system; focusing on leadership and drastic direction in implementing key programs, focusing on developing agriculture associated with eco-tourism and services.

He also believes that with the tradition of solidarity, revolutionary spirit and consensus of cadres, party members and people, the Party Committee of Nghia Hanh commune will overcome difficulties, promote advantages, build the homeland to develop more and more, and successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the new period.

The Congress approved the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint the Party Executive Committee of Nghia Hanh commune for the 2025-2030 term consisting of 24 comrades, the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee consisting of 11 comrades, and the Inspection Committee of the Commune Party Committee consisting of 5 comrades.

Delegates voted to pass the full text of the Congress Resolution, demonstrating political determination to put the resolution into practice.
