Apple 'discontinues' 3 iPhone models from product catalog in Vietnam

Apple has officially stopped selling iPhone 11, iPhone 12 and iPhone 14 Plus in the Vietnamese market. This was expected, because the company's tradition is to replace old models with each new product launch.

In fact, Apple discontinued the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 a few years ago. However, the company continues to maintain business operations for these two products in a number of markets, including Vietnam.

Meanwhile, the iPhone 14 Plus was quietly discontinued by Apple in February, after the company introduced the iPhone 16e model. To date, all three products have disappeared from genuine shelves in the Vietnamese market.

This can be seen as a move to clean up old product lines to make room for new devices that are about to be released by Apple. This helps to tidy up the company's product range, making it easier for users to make choices when they need to buy devices.

Before disappearing from genuine shelves, the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 duo received a lot of attention from users thanks to their accessible prices. Meanwhile, the iPhone 14 Plus was not popular in Vietnam when sales only accounted for a small part of the total sales of the iPhone industry.

After the iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 duo are out of stock, the iPhone 13 will become the lowest priced genuine iPhone that Apple is still selling in the Vietnamese market.

Currently, the iPhone 13 is being offered by dealers at a price of 11.3 million VND for the 128GB version. Sales of this product have also grown significantly after the recent price adjustment.
