At each destination, the working group surveyed the locations to prepare for the welcoming ceremony and reburial ceremony, such as: the area where the martyrs' remains were moved to the house where the remains were kept; the ceremony yard area; the coordination work of the forces at Tinh Bien International Border Gate when Team K93 returned to Vietnam; the area where the reburial ceremony and memorial service were held; and other security aspects.
