According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment, in July, the total harvested aquatic product output was over 86,000 tons, including over 65,000 tons of farming output and nearly 21,000 tons of exploitation.

Up to now, the total harvested aquatic product output is 490,484 tons, reaching 52.55% of the plan.
In the coming time, the agricultural sector will continue to monitor the water environment, collect crustacean samples for pathogen analysis and notify people to manage their ponds; continue to disseminate to aquaculture farmers the registration of farming of key aquatic species; propagate and mobilize fishing vessel owners to comply with the Fisheries Law and documents guiding the implementation of the Fisheries Law in accordance with regulations; and effectively implement solutions to combat illegal, unreported and unreported fishing (IUU) in accordance with regulations.
