48 delegations of athletes participated in the Volleyball Tournament of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises.

On the morning of May 4, at the Provincial Multi-purpose Gymnasium, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized the opening ceremony of the 2024 Volleyball Tournament for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Hoang Giang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Pham Toan Thang, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; leaders of provincial agencies and enterprises.

This year’s tournament has the participation of 48 delegations with 455 athletes representing nearly 18,000 cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises. Compared to previous seasons, this year’s tournament has the most delegations of athletes, including many excellent athletes, promising dramatic matches with high professional quality.

The annual volleyball tournament for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises has created a useful playground, attracting the attention of many agencies and enterprises.

The tournament will take place over 2 days (May 4-5). In the group stage, teams will compete in a round-robin format; the remaining rounds will be knockout matches.

The volleyball tournament is one of the activities responding to the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho"; implementing Project No. 07-DA/TU on protecting, caring for, improving people's health and population work in Lao Cai province in the new situation, and at the same time is a meaningful activity towards the 65th anniversary of the founding of the Party Committee of Lao Cai Province's Agencies - Enterprises.
