The main road of the village in village 7, Xuan Hong commune, was previously nearly 100m long, about 3m wide, winding and narrow, making it very difficult for people to travel. There are currently 2 households living along the road.
Implementing the policy of upgrading roads, Xuan Hong commune has directed village 7 to focus on propaganda and mobilizing people to donate land, property, money and effort to strive to achieve a model new-style rural residential area in 2023.

With high consensus, 2 families: Ms. Dang Thi Thin (born in 1946) and Ms. Dang Thi Sung (born in 1943) voluntarily donated nearly 200 square meters of residential land, demolished 100 meters of solid fence, worth more than 400 million VND to expand and upgrade the road from 3m to 5m.
According to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Ha - Vice Chairman of Xuan Hong Commune People's Committee, after the households donated land, the local government mobilized machinery along with 150 commune officials, civil servants and people of village 7 to clear the land; at the same time, the budget allocated 30 million VND to support the purchase of construction materials to rebuild the fences for the households.
