In V.League 2023, the "Most Outstanding Team" voted includes players with outstanding achievements at the club, making clear professional contributions. Accordingly, the 2023 V-League champion, Hanoi Police Club, contributed 2 members, Vu Van Thanh and Doan Van Hau.

The squad includes: goalkeeper Tran Nguyen Manh (Nam Dinh); left back Van Hau (Hanoi Police), center back Nguyen Thanh Binh (Viettel), center back Bui Hoang Viet Anh (Hanoi FC), right back Vu Van Thanh (Hanoi Police); midfielder Bui Van Duc (Hong Linh Ha Tinh), midfielder Nguyen Hoang Duc (Viettel), midfielder Nguyen Hai Huy (Hai Phong), midfielder Lam Ti Phong (Thanh Hoa), striker Pham Tuan Hai (Hanoi FC), striker Rafaelson (Binh Dinh).

In the goalkeeper position, Tran Nguyen Manh played excellently, Nam Dinh Club only ranked 5th in the tournament but this goalkeeper himself proved his ability. He had many unbelievable saves, helping the home team of Thien Truong Stadium escape many defeats.

Van Thanh, Van Hau, Thanh Binh and Viet Anh are all members of the Vietnam national team. The fact that this group of players has maintained their form does not surprise many people. In midfield, Bui Van Duc (Hong Linh Ha Tinh) and Lam Ti Phong (Thanh Hoa) are two new names, playing explosively this season. Up front, Rafaelson Fernandes is the only foreign player to make it into the V-League 2023 best XI. Rafaelson scored 16 goals, far outpacing his peers. He was also the tournament's top scorer.
