Kong Chro Commune needs to attract businesses to invest in agriculture, forestry and rural tourism.

Attending the Congress were representatives of provincial agencies and 160 delegates representing nearly 900 party members of 37 affiliated party organizations.

Kong Chro commune was established on the basis of merging Kong Chro town (old) and two communes Yang Trung and Yang Nam.

During the past term, with the spirit of solidarity and unity, the three communes and towns have promoted revolutionary traditions, overcome difficulties, and achieved many important achievements.

The economy continued to grow, with total state budget revenue estimated at 30.55 billion VND, up 29.51% compared to the target. The agriculture, forestry, fishery, industry and construction, and service sectors continued to grow.

Currently, the commune has 14 wind turbines belonging to 2 wind power projects with a total capacity of 68 MW, 22 rooftop solar power systems with a total capacity of 550.32 kWp, 3 hydropower plants with a total capacity of 42 MW, contributing greatly to the economic growth of the commune.

Culture-society, Party building work has changed positively, the political system has been consolidated, improving operational efficiency; national defense and security have been maintained.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development" , the Party Committee of Kong Chro commune sets out a number of key targets by 2030: product value growth rate of 8.7%, retail sales of goods and services of 532.88 billion VND, reducing the multidimensional poverty rate by 3.74%/year or more, creating new jobs for 2,412 people, the rate of rural residents using clean water is 98.5%, the rate of grassroots party organizations completing their annual tasks well is over 90%, the rate of party members completing their tasks well or more is over 90%...

Speaking at the Congress, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Thi Phong Vu requested the Kong Chro Commune Party Committee to quickly develop programs and plans to effectively implement the Congress Resolution. Focus on building a strong Party organization, ensuring solidarity and unity of will and action throughout the Party organization; improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government operations.

At the same time, focus on building a strong staff, innovating the model from management to a creative government serving the people and businesses. Promote advantages and potentials to promote sustainable economic development, attract businesses to invest in agriculture, forestry and rural tourism ; effectively implement the digital literacy movement.

Continue to care for the comprehensive development of the cultural, social, educational and health sectors; ensure social security; effectively implement the poverty reduction program; guide people to change their thinking and ways of working to escape poverty sustainably. Build and consolidate the national defense posture associated with the people's security posture and build strong communal defense areas.

The Congress announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Inspection Committee, Chairman, and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Kong Chro Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, the Executive Committee consists of 23 comrades. Comrade Vo Nguyen Nam was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
