Hra commune strives to increase forest cover rate to 63.89%

Attending and directing the Congress were comrades: Dang Vinh Son - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen Huu Que - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of departments, branches and sectors.

Hra commune was merged from Dak Ta Ley and Hra communes (old). During the past term, the Party Committees of the two communes before the merger focused on leadership and direction, achieving many remarkable results.

The economy continues to develop; the economic structure shifts in the right direction. The application of science and technology in agricultural production is promoted; the area of ​​agricultural land is exploited effectively and stably; the forms of organization and linkage in production and consumption of agricultural products are increasingly expanded; the building of brands, trademarks and regional codes for agricultural products is focused on.

National target programs on new rural construction, sustainable poverty reduction and development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas have been effective. To date, the poverty rate has decreased to 6.58%, and the average income per capita has reached 42 million VND/year.

Party building work is focused on; the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members are constantly improved. The fight against the restoration of FULRO, “De Ga Protestantism” and the “Ha Mon” cult has achieved many results.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Hra Commune Party Committee identified key tasks such as: Completing the synchronous socio-economic infrastructure, especially inter-commune, inter-provincial and regional connectivity infrastructure according to the planning. Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. Developing high-tech agriculture , clean and organic agriculture; transforming the structure of crops and livestock towards productivity, quality, efficiency, and adaptation to climate change.

The commune strives to achieve the following main targets by 2030: average product value growth rate of 14.1%/year; local budget revenue increases by an average of 10%/year; average income per capita reaches 68 million VND/year; public investment disbursement rate reaches 95%; forest coverage reaches 63.89%; multidimensional poverty rate decreases by 1.65%/year. In addition, 100% of rural residents have access to grid electricity and clean water; 100% of arising incidents are resolved immediately at the grassroots level, preventing the formation of "hot spots" in security and order; 90% of Party cells complete their tasks well or better.

Speaking at the Congress, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Dang Vinh Son acknowledged and commended the efforts and solidarity of the Party Committee, government and people of Hra commune.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department emphasized: The Party Committee of Hra commune must clearly see its responsibility to continue to strive to rise up together with 134 communes and wards in the province, implementing and achieving the highest level of goals to contribute to bringing Gia Lai and the whole country firmly into a new era of national development.

Immediately after the Congress, the Party Executive Committee of the commune must urgently develop a specific action program. Focus on reviewing, evaluating, and rearranging the staff, civil servants, and public employees to ensure the right people, the right jobs, and maximize the capacity of each individual. Focus on training, fostering, and improving the professional qualifications, expertise, and political capacity of the staff, especially those who are transferred, rotated, or have to take on new jobs.

In addition, well implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, promote the people's mastery. Listen to and accept the people's legitimate opinions and aspirations for timely resolution. Promote the role of the Front and socio-political organizations in monitoring, criticizing and implementing the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people benefit". All cadres and party members must lead by example, making people believe and follow.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee on appointing the Executive Committee of the Hra Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 22 comrades. Comrade Dinh Thi Minh Ha was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Hra Commune Party Committee.
