Braving the storm to take a boy with brain injury to the emergency room

Previously, at around 3:00 p.m. on August 25, VVT (born in 2010), residing in Nghi Hung 1 hamlet, Than Linh commune, Nghe An province, while reinforcing the roof with his family to withstand storm No. 5, suddenly slipped and fell, causing severe head injury.

After the accident, the child's mother contacted many private cars and services in the area to take the child to the emergency room. However, due to the complicated storm situation, it was impossible to contact a means of transportation, so Ms. Lan called the Than Linh Commune Police on duty directly to ask for help from the police force.

Immediately after receiving the request, the Commune Police quickly arrived to support the family. The journey on the road encountered many difficulties due to the distance traveled in stormy weather, strong winds and many roads were deeply flooded.

At 3:30 p.m. the same day, T. was taken to the Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment. Thanks to this timely support, T. was successfully resuscitated, overcame the critical condition and is continuing to receive treatment at the hospital.

The child's mother was very grateful when the commune police force arrived promptly and used a specialized vehicle to take her daughter to a medical facility.
