Mr. Vo Toan Trung shared: When storm No. 3 hit the North with super typhoon winds, many foreign friends asked me: I wonder how Vietnam will cope with the storm of the century. Then, they were very surprised by the solidarity and sharing of the Vietnamese people in times of trouble. The entire political system has joined in, from General Secretary, President To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and all leaders of the Party and State and authorities at all levels, regardless of rain, wind, floods and dangers, they have gone to all stormy and flooded areas of the country, to every person in need of help. The army and the people's police are truly people born from the people, serving the people. Those beautiful images have entered the hearts of all Vietnamese people. That is the strength of unity of the whole nation. The more difficult it is, the more united we are to overcome all hardships. The recent Central Conference has made important decisions, bringing positive signals for Vietnam's rapid development prospects. The project to build a 350km/h railway, equivalent to the current traffic in France, will help connect the three regions of the country quickly. Together with the Strategy to build regional and international airport clusters, as well as the modernization and expansion of waterway port clusters, will help Vietnam quickly become a dynamic and convenient country to develop all regions and attract more international investment. We, overseas Vietnamese, wish to promote and speed up these projects so that they can start and complete construction as soon as possible. The construction of soft infrastructure with a strong determination to enter the digital transformation era will be the next driving force to bring the country to new heights. On the basis of building a green technology system, high technology such as AI in different fields, semiconductor technology... Vietnam will certainly have a solid foundation in the future. Completing the legal corridors for these fields will help Vietnam develop both quickly and firmly. With the breakthroughs in recent times under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, we also need to pay attention to a number of important issues. Including assessing the risks of increasingly severe climate change to have effective and appropriate response policies, minimizing consequences and preventing in the future. Then how to avoid the risk of falling into the middle-income trap, by improving production quality with increasing added value of gray matter. In addition, it is necessary to create favorable conditions for research projects and technology transfer to Vietnam. The non-criminalization of economic relations is a very positive sign for overseas Vietnamese and the foreign business community investing in Vietnam. Inheriting the achievements of nearly 40 years of renovation, with the decisions of the Central Executive Committee, headed by General Secretary and President To Lam, Vietnam will firmly enter a new era: an era of independence, self-reliance, national pride, international integration, moving forward with the times, making the people rich, the country strong, the society democratic, fair, prosperous and happy, in line with the aspirations of millions of overseas Vietnamese abroad as well as in France.
