On August 23, in Hanoi , the final round of the Vietnam Blockchain Talent Search Contest (VietChain Talents 2025) took place with 16 best entries. Held right on the occasion when the whole country is simultaneously looking forward to the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the contest hopes to contribute another voice, an activity affirming the belief in Vietnamese intelligence, with the aspiration to conquer technology, master technology and the spirit of dedication of youth.
The contest received the support and companionship of many state management agencies such as: Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Justice , Ministry of Home Affairs... along with more than 100 press and media agencies and accompanying units such as: Nami Foundation, BiGod, OKX, Sotatek, Spores Network, Amnis Finance...
Major General, Dr. Ho Van Huong, Deputy Head of the Government Cipher Committee, said that from the first days of preparation until the final round, the Government Cipher Committee, together with the Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association, 1Matrix Company and partner agencies, organizations and businesses, created the best conditions for the contestants to try their hand, experience, and importantly, assert themselves.

“This is also a testament to the value of multi-stakeholder cooperation: The State creates a legal corridor and strategic orientation for development; Enterprises provide resources, markets and implementation opportunities; Social organizations and professional associations play a bridging role, spreading values; and the young generation is the center and driving force to turn knowledge into initiatives and ideas into practical values,” Mr. Huong emphasized.
After intense and excellent rounds of competition and careful consideration and discussion, the Jury selected 4 excellent entries to win First Prize according to each topic:
First prize for topic 1 - Blockchain Layer was awarded to KMASC with the project National Certificate Management Platform, worth 1 billion VND, recognizing the blockchain infrastructure project with high scalability and multi-field integration capabilities.
FidaTech team with the excellent VEXTOR project won the First Prize of Topic 2 - CEX-DEX Exchange worth 500 million VND, belonging to FidaTech team with the VEXTOR project - Centralized digital asset exchange solution, highlighting the innovative exchange model, focusing on transparent liquidity and user security.
Web3 TraceHub team excelled over other teams to win the first prize in topic 3 - Blockchain Tracing, worth 500 million VND, with a blockchain application solution in traceability, aiming at transparency in the supply chain.
AnyAxis Labs x Decentrio Labs team with ZK-Portal project won topic 4 - Blockchain Bridge, worth 500 million VND, belonging to AnyAxis Labs x Decentrio Labs team with ZK-Portal project, demonstrating the ability to connect multiple chains, ensuring the safety and efficiency of cross-chain transactions.
Colonel, Dr. Hoang Van Thuc, Director of the Cryptography Academy, Government Cipher Committee, member of the Jury, commented that the projects showed diversity: not only focusing on the financial sector - which is a familiar "meeting place" of blockchain - but also boldly expanding to core areas, bringing sustainable social values such as healthcare, education, and many community services. This diversity has proven that blockchain is not only limited to trading floors or financial products, but can completely become a technological infrastructure that helps change people's lives for the better.
In addition to the main awards, Tether also selected the best projects to award the “Stablecoin Application Initiative” with a total value of 250 million VND. The 5 selected projects include: Loragon, MSB TrustChain, Hashwei Foundation, Bamboo Team, WhiteBlue Labs.
“This year’s contestants have demonstrated outstanding qualities. The competition is not only about finding talent, but also affirming the creativity and spirit of frank debate of the young generation of Vietnam in the field of blockchain and digital assets,” Ms. Nguyen Van Hien, Vice President and General Secretary of the Association, Head of the Organizing Committee emphasized.
Also at the final round of the competition, SotaTek Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company awarded the "Technology Launch Pad" prize with a total value of 250 million VND to the Loragon team.
In addition to the main award categories decided by the Jury, the competition also has the "Community Imprint" Award, a special award given to the MSB Trustchain team - the team that received the most love, votes and spread from the community throughout the competition journey.
The final round of the competition also had a special moment to honor the Top 16 best teams who entered the final round. These were the faces that surpassed hundreds of entries from all over the country, demonstrating the spirit of dedication, creativity and continuous effort throughout the journey of pursuing the competition.
“The confidence, critical thinking and ability to solve problems quickly are proof that Vietnam has been forming a generation of human resources that can participate in the global blockchain value chain. I believe that from the 2025 competition, many ideas can continue to develop, connect with investment funds and international ecosystems to become practical products of regional scale,” affirmed Mr. Teddy Hung, Director of BCG Hong Kong.

Mr. Tran Viet Hung, former Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office, Senior Advisor, Vietnam Blockchain and Digital Asset Association, commented that the organization of the competition is very practical. This is a concrete step to realize the Party and State's policies in promoting science and technology, innovation, contributing to building high-quality human resources, creating momentum for rapid and sustainable growth of the country in the new period.

Sharing the same view, Lieutenant General Dang Vu Son, Former Head of the Government Cipher Committee, Senior Advisor to the Association, and Judge of the competition affirmed, “This is the beginning of the journey to turn startup ideas into reality, building a Vietnamese blockchain community with talented cores, joining hands with the Government Cipher Committee, the Association, 1Matrix and partners to make Vietnam a bright spot on the world blockchain technology map.”
