Thanks to the generosity of the people, the family of Lieutenant Pham Quang Huy, a professional soldier and ship engineer (ship 361, squadron 131, brigade 172) has a spacious, solid house that provides shelter from the sun and rain.
On December 17, 2024, in Lien Truong commune (Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province), Brigade 172 (Naval Region 3) held the inauguration ceremony of the Comrades' House for the family of Professional Soldier Lieutenant Pham Quang Huy, Ship Engineer (Ship 361).
At the ceremony, Brigade 172 presented the Decision to hand over the "Comrades' House" to Lieutenant Pham Quang Huy's family along with many practical living items, to help them soon stabilize their lives.
Previously, Lieutenant Pham Quang Huy's family lived in an old, dilapidated house that was unsafe for the family, especially during the rainy and stormy season. The Navy supported 80 million VND from the "For the Poor" Fund to build a comrade house for Lieutenant Huy, the remaining amount was saved by the family and helped by relatives. After more than 5 months of construction, the 70m2 house was completed on schedule, ensuring quality.

The timely handover of the house is meaningful, demonstrating the Navy's concern for the family of a soldier in difficult circumstances. This is a great source of encouragement for Lieutenant Huy's family, helping the family have a solid place to live, stabilize their lives so that they can work with peace of mind, continue to contribute and perform well the assigned tasks. At the same time, it is also a practical activity on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2024).
