FPT IS will directly deploy the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud system for the entire Personal Customer Division system at VPBank to optimize the relationship management and customer care process, thereby enhancing the ability to understand, improve service efficiency and improve the overall experience for

This continues to be considered a major step for VPBank towards the goal of becoming a bank with a solid position in the Top 3 largest banks in Vietnam and reaching the scale of the Top 100 largest banks in Asia. According to the latest report by McKinsey and the World Bank (Vietnam's National Digital Transformation Programme - 2023), the digitalization rate in the finance and banking sector in Vietnam has grown by more than 30% per year in the period 2021-2023.
