The mother is Ms. NTT (48 years old, living in Dong Nai province). Ms. T. got married to Mr. H. when she was 44 years old and he was 46 years old.
Knowing that the chance of having a child naturally is very rare, Ms. T. and her husband went to reproductive support centers to be examined and consulted on reproductive support measures, looking for a chance to get pregnant like other families.
For more than three years, Ms. T. has undergone one unsuccessful intrauterine insemination procedure and two unsuccessful in vitro fertilization procedures.

Not giving up, in early 2023, they continued to perform in vitro fertilization and the result was twins with dichorionic diamniotic membranes.
Nine months of pregnancy is a long journey full of joy, happiness mixed with stress and anxiety for Ms. T. and Mr. H.
At 12 weeks of pregnancy, fetal malformation screening showed low risk, at 22 weeks, morphological ultrasound showed no abnormalities, and at 26 weeks, glucose tolerance test was negative. Subsequent examinations and ultrasounds showed that both fetuses were developing quite well.
Early morning of October 7, at 38 weeks pregnant, while sleeping, Ms. T. showed signs of labor, her family immediately took her to Tu Du Hospital. The doctor on duty examined, performed an ultrasound, and attached a monitor to assess the health status of the mother and the two babies, which were all stable. The doctor advised the most appropriate intervention method to deliver the two babies was a cesarean section.
On the morning of October 7, Dr. Hai directly performed a cesarean section for Ms. T. After 10 minutes of surgery, Ms. T. and Mr. H.'s two baby boys were born. Dr. Hai said that Tu Du Hospital always wants to bring deep values and joy to all families on the journey to fulfill their vocation.
