This is an event organized by the Department of Political Work, Ministry of Public Security , Ho Guom Theater on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Traditional Day and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection.
The program is directed by Major General, People's Artist Nguyen Cong Bay, Deputy Director of the Department of Political Work, Director of Ho Guom Theater; Mr. Tran Hai Dang, Meritorious Artist Trinh Tung Linh are artistic directors. Meritorious Artist Kim Xuan Hieu conducts the orchestra.
Participating in the performance were many famous singers: Trong Tan, Pham Thu Ha, Dao To Loan, Viet Danh, Thu Luong, Bao Yen, Kim Long, Truong Linh... Also performing were hundreds of artists from the Vietnam Symphony Orchestra, the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet Choir and the CAND Music and Dance Theater.

Regarding the art program “Echo of the Hero”, the Organizing Committee said that the program expresses deep gratitude to generations of police officers, is a heroic symphony connecting the past - present - future through art. With heroic and emotional melodies, the program arouses in each person national pride, patriotism, desire for peace and the will to contribute to a prosperous and powerful Vietnam.
Through the program, each audience understands and appreciates more the sacred values of independence and freedom, and has more confidence in the steadfast role of the People's Public Security Forces in the journey to maintain peace for the country today and in the future.



During the program, the audience had the opportunity to enjoy many musical works that have accompanied the years: “August 19” (Xuan Oanh); “Singing in the Pac-Bo forest” (Nguyen Tai Tue); “The Party has given us a whole spring” (Pham Tuyen); “Day and night march” (poetry: Bui Cong Minh; music: Phan Huynh Dieu), “Hanoi, land of faith and hope” (Phan Nhan); “Meeting on the Truong Son peak” (Hoang Ha); “That soldier” (Hoang Van), “The fatherland calls my name” (poetry: Nguyen Phan Que Mai; music: Dinh Trung Can); “Love chorus” (Tran Tien); “The sound of the monochord” (poetry: Lu Giang, music: Nguyen Dinh Phuc).
The music night ended with a majestic military song - the work "Marching under the military flag", a composition by musician Doan Nho - as an affirmation that the Vietnam People's Public Security has, is and will continue to affirm its pivotal role in the cause of maintaining national security, contributing to building a peaceful, prosperous and civilized country. Today's police officers and soldiers are still writing the heroic history of the past 80 years of the People's Public Security force, making constant efforts to build a regular, elite and modern People's Public Security force...
