(NLDO)-3 consecutive accidents on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay highway caused traffic congestion for many kilometers.

From the morning of January 23 (December 24), people from Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai took advantage of the opportunity to return to their hometowns in the Northern and Central provinces early. Traffic gradually became more crowded on the Phan Thiet - Dau Giay highway, from Dong Nai province to Binh Thuan province, and there were collisions.

Accident scene

Specifically, on the section of the route through Xuan Loc district, there were 3 collisions at 3 close locations (about 10 cars involved). At the scene, damaged vehicles occupied most of the road surface, creating "bottlenecks" that caused vehicles to back up and move slowly through the area where the incident occurred.

Traffic police are trying to regulate traffic through the area. At the same time, the authorities are also guiding vehicles to move to National Highway 1 and Provincial Road 765 to continue their journey.

The accidents caused no casualties but caused traffic jams stretching for several kilometers on the route.
