Talkshow “Upgrade: Career 4.0” is one of the meaningful activities in the series of cooperation events between the University of Electricity, the Industry and Trade Publishing House and partners in the fields of publishing, education and career - with the goal of strengthening connections and supporting career orientation for students on the threshold of entering adulthood.

The University of Electricity is a multidisciplinary public university whose core mission is to train high-quality human resources for the Industry and serve socio-economic needs, and is also a leading scientific and technological research center of the Industry.

In previous years, the University focused on recruiting students for 19 undergraduate training programs, of which more than 2/3 were training programs in the fields of technology and engineering.
