U.22 Vietnam holds Korea to a draw, ready to fight a very strong opponent

Despite the absence of a series of key players Van Khang, Vi Hao, Thai Son, Ly Duc... from the Vietnam national team, coach Dinh Hong Vinh and his team entered the match very confidently. Overseas Vietnamese midfielder Viktor Le was named in the starting lineup and played well alongside Van Truong, Quoc Viet, Nhat Minh, Van Binh, Xuan Bac... Facing an opponent with strong physique and physical strength, the U.22 Vietnam team did not control the ball much but brought positive signals in terms of mentality and tactical awareness. Keeping a clean sheet after the first half helped the U.22 Vietnam team gain more confidence, taking the lead in the 51st minute thanks to Thanh Nhan from Quoc Viet's assist. After this goal, the Vietnamese players played very impressively, even surpassing the Korean team in terms of finishing shots. Unfortunately, we missed out on victory in the 90th minute after Jeong Jaesang equalized to tie the score 1-1.
