Green startup inspiration
Tuoi Tre Start-up Award 2024 hopes to attract environmentally friendly start-up ideas, creating practical values for the community. Thereby, contributing to accelerating the circular economy, towards the Government's goal of reducing net emissions to zero by 2050.
Through selecting and introducing potential startups, the program contributes to supporting individual startups, becoming a bridge for them to approach investors and startup funds.
The stories of start-ups along with many communication activities and talk shows taking place in the program contribute to inspiring the spirit of green entrepreneurship for young people, nurturing ideas and determination for green entrepreneurship.
This year, the program still has the familiar companionship of the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, Ho Chi Minh City Youth Startup Support Center (BSSC), and Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association (YBA).
Global Integration and Business Consulting Company (GIBC), VinaCapital Fund and a number of experts joined the Appraisal Council.
With the theme of green startups, this year's criteria framework for evaluating startups also includes the level of preparation and readiness to practice ESG of startups for consideration and evaluation.
ESG includes Environment (factors related to the impact of start-ups on the environment, from production to consumption), Social (impact on the community including both internal and external communities of the business), Governance (assessment of the governance structure and commitment of start-ups to sustainable development).

Tuoi Tre Start-up Award 2024: Connect, spread
Tuoi Tre Start-up Award 2024 begins accepting project applications from now until September 30, 2024. The program is expected to post relevant information in various forms from news, articles, videos, megastories... introducing startup models and projects that meet the program's criteria.
The members of the Judging Council will meet and connect to understand the start-ups through the special Coffee Talk judging format. Thereby, select promising start-ups to be honored at the program's honor gala scheduled to be held in November 2024 at the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Cultural House.
Within the framework of the program, there will be activities taking place throughout such as: talk show "Building a brand from the starting line", workshop "Building and positioning a sustainable brand".
In particular, the "Tuoi Tre golf tournament for start-up 2024" is expected to attract the participation of 150 golfers at Long Thanh golf course.
4-year journey, more than 1,000 startups
Initiated by Tuoi Tre newspaper in 2019 under the name Golf For Start-up 2019, after 4 times of organization, Tuoi Tre Start-up Award has attracted more than 1,000 projects and start-up businesses to participate, creating a forum for start-ups to introduce and affirm.
Many projects and startup models in many fields have been honored and introduced to the public in recent years. These include:
MimosaTEK - a business with services that meet the farm management needs of customers from small and medium farmers to large farms across the country with many different types of crops.
BusMap - public transport application helps you travel by bus in the smartest and most convenient way.
DOL - a project valued at 25 million USD and has grown strongly after participating in this program with the Linearthinking learning method, currently has more than 10 branches nationwide.
Most recently, Foodmap - a project developing a number of solutions and applications to optimize each link in the supply chain such as agricultural product purchasing, operating procedures, and increasing presence closer to consumers.
