Ho Chi Minh City center has another 55-storey tower

One of the tallest towers in Vietnam

The investor of Saigon Marina IFC is Capitaland Tower Company Limited.

Saigon Marina IFC Tower consists of 55 floors above ground and 5 basements, with a total floor area of over 106,000m², of which approximately 87,000m² is for Class A offices. The remaining area is arranged as a commercial center, restaurant, meeting room space and high-end amenities.

This is one of the tallest towers in Vietnam, designed according to LEED Gold standards with energy-saving and environmentally friendly solutions, in which more than 30% of the area is planned for green space.

The architectural highlight of the tower is the full-facade LED system capable of displaying vivid artistic lighting, combined with a modern water music square, helping Saigon Marina IFC become a "lighthouse" of the modern urban economy .

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc said Saigon Marina IFC is the first step in the roadmap to build the Ho Chi Minh City International Financial Center - a new driving force for Vietnam's economy, contributing to the country's strong development and deep integration with international friends.

Speaking at the ceremony, HDBank Vice President Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao shared that the Saigon Marina IFC tower is not only a new architectural symbol of Ho Chi Minh City, but also the "heart" of the city - keeping the economic pulse of Saigon strong, opening a new chapter for modern urban development and global integration.

Capital increased 10 times, a female tycoon just holds 91% of capital

Right before the introduction of Saigon Marina IFC, CapitaLand Tower had a major change in shareholder structure when its charter capital was increased 10 times, from VND 2,020 billion to VND 22,520 billion.

According to data from the Ho Chi Minh City Business Registration Office, along with the "huge" capital increase, Capitaland Tower welcomed a new shareholder, Ms. Le Thi Huyen Linh. This new character holds up to 91% of the shares, equivalent to a capital contribution of more than VND 20,500 billion.

Meanwhile, previous shareholders simultaneously reduced their ownership ratio. For example, shareholder Luong Phan Son reduced from 95% to only 8.5%, while Mr. Nguyen Manh Kien and Mr. Nguyen Tan Hung each held 0.2%.

According to the investigation, Mr. Luong Phan Son is currently the Chairman of the Board of Members and the legal representative of Capitaland Tower. Although the ownership ratio has decreased after the capital adjustment and shareholder structure change, Mr. Son continues to hold the highest position in the Board of Members.

Meanwhile, the position of general director and legal representative has changed, transferred from Mr. Ngo Nhu Vuong (born in 1983) to Mr. Nguyen Diep Anh (born in 1982).
