3 billion VND awarded to support Tam Nong district to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3

On September 18, the provincial working delegation led by Mr. Duong Hoang Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council visited, encouraged and presented 3 billion VND to support Tam Nong district to overcome the consequences of storm No. 3. Accompanying were leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

After hearing the leaders of Tam Nong district quickly inform about the damage caused by storm No. 3 in the area, the total damage is estimated at nearly 20 billion VND. On behalf of the provincial leaders, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Duong Hoang Huong expressed his sympathy for the heavy damage that the people of Tam Nong district are suffering; at the same time, presented 3 billion VND to support Tam Nong district to overcome the consequences of natural disasters. He hoped that the district would direct and use the support resources for the right purposes and the right subjects. Take advantage of other legal sources of mobilization to contribute to stabilizing the lives of the people soon.

The leaders of Tam Nong district thanked the sentiments, sharing and support of all levels of the central government and Phu Tho province for the district and affirmed: The support, cooperation and contribution of all levels of the sector will contribute to helping people affected by natural disasters in the district to soon stabilize their lives and restore socio -economic development activities. The district committed to effectively using the funding to support overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3.

On this occasion, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Duong Hoang Huong and the delegation visited, encouraged and presented support money to the family of Nguyen Thi Lan, Van Xuan commune, a missing victim of the Phong Chau bridge collapse. Leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and Tam Nong district also visited, encouraged and presented support money to the family of Duong Cong Chien, Dan Quyen commune, a missing victim of the Phong Chau bridge collapse.

After visiting the families of the missing victims, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Duong Hoang Huong visited and encouraged the officers, soldiers and forces at the Phong Chau Bridgehead Command; visited and encouraged the officers and soldiers of the 249th Engineering Brigade in implementing the construction of access roads and installing pontoon bridges to serve the travel needs of the people.
