Hai Duong City diverts traffic at Independence Square intersection right after the holiday to renovate and reorganize traffic.

Hai Duong City will divert traffic at the intersection of Independence Square, also known as the 5-way intersection connecting Hoang Hoa Tham, Hong Quang, Pham Hong Thai, Tran Hung Dao streets and Ho Chi Minh Boulevard, to renovate and reorganize traffic in this area. The project is expected to be completed before October 15, 2024.

From September 5 to mid-October, all vehicles (except priority vehicles) are prohibited from passing through the construction area.

Suggested alternative routes for cars: From Ho Chi Minh Boulevard, go to Hoang Hoa Tham Street, follow Ho Chi Minh Boulevard through the 6-way intersection to Nguyen Trai Street and cross to Hoang Hoa Tham Street. From Ho Chi Minh Boulevard, go to Tran Hung Dao Street, go through Tran Binh Trong Street (or Hoang Van Thu) through Bach Dang, Nguyen Du to enter Tran Hung Dao. From Ho Chi Minh Boulevard, go to Hong Quang Street, you can follow the 2 routes above and continue from Tran Hung Dao Street, turn to Hong Quang, or from Hoang Hoa Tham to Hong Quang...
