On November 19, the People's Committee of Dak Lak province held a conference to summarize the special emulation movement to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the founding of Dak Lak province (November 22, 1904 - November 22, 2024) and launch a special emulation movement to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Buon Ma Thuot Victory, liberation of Dak Lak province (March 10, 1975 - March 10, 2025).

Launched on March 7, 2024, the special emulation movement to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Dak Lak province's founding with the theme "Aspiration to build a rich, civilized, and unique Dak Lak province" has truly come to life. Party committees, party organizations, authorities, localities, agencies, and units have actively innovated propaganda and dissemination work in many rich and vivid forms, closely following the content, goals, and emulation targets associated with the implementation of political tasks and key tasks. The commendation work has been carried out closely, promptly, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and publicity, focusing on rewarding direct workers and individuals working in remote, isolated, and extremely disadvantaged areas.

Agencies, units and localities based on the emulation content develop implementation plans and complete them on schedule, typically: The Provincial Youth Union organized the peak activity of launching Green Sunday with more than 8,000 union members participating in 115 projects, 112 youth tasks and many other meaningful activities to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the province's founding; The Provincial Police completed 1,200 houses under the "Project to support housing construction for poor households, households with housing difficulties, policy families, ethnic minorities in Dak Lak province", 3 months ahead of schedule, helping people soon stabilize their housing.

In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dak Lak province has deployed the construction of 300 solidarity houses for poor households from the "For the Poor" Fund; the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development coordinated with the Provincial Military Command to organize the planting of 1,000 black star trees in Hoa Khanh commune, Buon Ma Thuot city; the People's Committee of Krong Pac district deployed the model "Living in the hearts of the people"...

The emulation movement has created a strong driving force to promote the province's socio-economic development, national defense and security have been maintained, the political system has been strengthened, and the main socio-economic targets for the first 10 months of 2024 have reached and exceeded the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee and the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council.
