Organizing the Border Spring program, Tet full of military-civilian affection

On the morning of January 31, at the Kim Son District Border Guard Station, the Provincial Border Guard Command organized the program "Border Spring - Tet with warm military-civilian affection" in 2024.

The program was accompanied by the Propaganda Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, the Provincial Military Command, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Provincial Youth Union, the Women's Union, the Farmers' Association, the Education Promotion Association, the Provincial Veterans Association, Viettel Ninh Binh, Kim Son District People's Committee, Kim Dong Commune People's Committee, and Kim Trung Commune People's Committee.

At the program, leaders of the Provincial Border Guard Command and accompanying units presented 310 gifts, each worth 500,000 VND, to children who are "Border Guard Station's adopted children", students in the "Helping children go to school" program, poor households, policy families, and fishermen in difficult circumstances in the coastal border areas of the province.

"Border Spring - Tet full of military-civilian affection" is an annual activity, held every Spring to create a joyful and joyful Tet atmosphere for the people, with the spirit of "no one without Tet", "no one left behind". At the same time, it shows responsibility, affection and gratitude to the people living and working in the coastal border areas of the province.
