According to the Official Dispatch, in recent times, the traffic accident situation has become complicated; the risk of fire and explosion has tended to increase, causing serious consequences and huge damage to people and property, especially during the Lunar New Year; in particular, on January 26, 2024, on Ho Chi Minh road in Dong Luong village, Xuan Phu commune, Tho Xuan district, there was a particularly serious traffic accident between two motorbikes going in opposite directions, killing 3 people and injuring 2 others; on January 29, 2024, in Vinh Hung commune, Vinh Loc district, a fire broke out in a family, killing 3 people.

To maintain order, traffic safety and ensure fire prevention and fighting safety, minimizing the number of traffic accidents, fires and explosions; the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches and localities to seriously implement the directions of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 02/CD-UBND dated January 23, 2024 on ensuring order, traffic safety and fire prevention and fighting on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin and the Spring Festival 2024. At the same time, all levels, branches, units and localities urgently organize and seriously and drastically implement the tasks of ensuring order, traffic safety and fire prevention and fighting.
