The Provincial Party Executive Committee has just issued Plan No. 162-KH/TU, dated June 7, 2023, to implement Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW, dated November 17, 2022 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate the Party's leadership and governance methods over the political system in the new period.

The Provincial Party Executive Committee requests Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, Party delegations, Party executive committees, advisory and support agencies of the Provincial Party Committee, district Party committees, town Party committees, city Party committees, and affiliated Party committees to proactively implement key tasks: promulgate programs and plans to implement Resolution 28 in conjunction with implementing Resolution 13 of the 13th National Congress and related Party policies and guidelines, Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress; focus on innovating and improving the quality of advice from advisory and support agencies of Party committees, organization and personnel work, inspection and supervision work, propaganda and mobilization work.

Party Central Committee member, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dinh Trung and the working delegation of the province and Ea Kar district inspected the construction of infrastructure at resettlement area No. 2 (Cu Bong commune).

At the same time, promote the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and party members, especially leaders, managers and heads; continue to innovate working styles, methods and working procedures; amend, supplement and perfect the working regulations of Party committees and organizations at all levels, overcome the situation of making excuses, doing things for others, violating the principle of democratic centralism, imposing or loosening the leadership role of Party committees and organizations.

Promote administrative reform, application of information technology, digital transformation in agencies of the political system, associated with the development and application of criteria and indicators to evaluate the effectiveness and quality of organization and operation of agencies, units and localities.

The Provincial Party Executive Committee requested that the Provincial Party Committee members strengthen direction, inspection and supervision of the implementation of Resolution 28 and this Plan in localities, agencies and units assigned to take charge; the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board advised the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to establish a Steering Committee and a working group to develop a Project on continuing to innovate the Party's leadership and governance methods over the political system in the new period...
